Clockhoe, a lost field name in Aspatria Parish NY1442.
The last element seems to be Old English hōh
"a spur of land" or possibly Old Norse haug(r) 'hill, mound'. The First element seems to be Cumbric clog Welsh clog,
"rock, cliff, precipice" and Cornish clog "steep rock" and Irish cloch "stone". I can't think of, or find a steep prominent stone face in the Aspatria area.
